Customizations offered through our Customize+ addon involve in-depth coding and tailored modifications to your website. This addon must be used responsibly. Excessive use or abuse of this addon, such as demanding numerous rounds of custom coding for non-essential features, may result in additional charges. The Customize+ addon is designed for essential customization requests to enhance your site’s functionality and should be used within reasonable limits.

Support and Assistance

At JLBP.co.uk, we pride ourselves on providing more comprehensive support than most competitors. We assist with all aspects of site setup, design, and technical integration, and we allow users to install additional systems that may include APIs.

While our support is generous, please note that support requests must fall within the scope of reasonable assistance. We are here to help guide and solve technical issues but not to offer ongoing development for tasks outside the scope of the original project without additional charges.

Pricing and Payment Terms

Our services are competitively priced, with a clear breakdown provided on the site before purchase. The first year of hosting is free, and subsequent years are billed at £30/year unless otherwise agreed upon. Payment must be made in full before we begin work on your website. Any addons or additional customizations beyond what was agreed upon may incur extra charges.

Refunds and Cancellations

Due to the custom nature of the services we provide, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds for services rendered. If you choose to cancel a service after payment but before work has begun, you may request a partial refund at the discretion of JLBP.co.uk.

User Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information and timely feedback during the project. Failure to respond or provide necessary assets for extended periods may result in project delays. JLBP.co.uk is not responsible for delays caused by client-side inactivity.

Additionally, while we provide the flexibility for users to install systems, software, and API integrations, any such installations must be legally licensed, and the client assumes responsibility for any associated risks or liabilities.

Intellectual Property

All design elements, coding, and content created by JLBP.co.uk remain the intellectual property of the company until full payment is made. Upon payment, ownership of the website and its content will transfer to the client, with the exception of third-party systems or licensed elements.

Liability Limitation

JLBP.co.uk will not be held liable for any damages, loss of data, or business interruption arising from the use of our services, including third-party system integration or customization.

While we take every measure to ensure that your website is secure and functions properly, the client assumes full responsibility for managing their site post-launch unless an ongoing support package has been agreed upon.
